High Tea christening

A beautiful trip over to Williamstown to assist a lovely client to help celebrate the christening of their baby boy.  A dream baby who smiled and giggled the entire day in between napping and being passed around to admirers.

80 guests from around the globe were invited to this event at Joan Kirner House, including a number of children who were lucky enough to have their own special high tea table.

High Tea by the lake

Well Melbourne, it has certainly been a while since you provided us with some good weather, luckily for today's High Tea the sun came out to shine, however I was in such a good mood focusing on the beautiful day I didn't think to take as many photos as usual.

A wonderful organisation offering therapeutic solutions were kind enough to engage Petite Pippin High Tea in Your Home to provide morning High Tea for their invited guests to view their products.   Certainly got me thinking about my wellbeing and what improvements I could make. Of course the key message for the day was sweet treats in moderation ;-)

2013 Red Ball

An ice cream truck parked in the foyer of Crown Palladium Ballroom, salsa dancers, auction items galore and a star studded red carpet made the 2013 Fight Cancer Council Red Ball Party a terrific success. Over 700 guests attended the event to raise in excess of $250,000.00. Petite Pippin were happy to again donate a High Tea in Your Home voucher for this amazing organisation, glad to hear the auction item sold for well over the asking price.

Girls Night In

The team at Petite Pippin are very proud to support charitable organizations.  We recently donated a “High Tea in Your Home for 10 people” for a Girls Night In fundraiser.  The Silent Auction item was hotly contested all night long, with the eventual highest bidder paying $100 over RRP!!!  We are very much looking forward to hosting a High Tea for the lucky bidder.

High Tea in the Mechanics workshop

Well, what can I say, this was such a fun afternoon in a different environment to what Petite Pippin are used to.  When I first met this client to discuss her 60th birthday celebration she only had one request "no beige please".  I knew from that moment we were going to have a lot of fun!!!

Her husband kindly opened his man cave to family and friends, while their son played gorgeous acoustic songs to entertain all guests (and us).   Toasts were made from milk jars filled with iced tea and the afternoon was effortlessly casual.

I highly recommend the cover band No One Knows for anyone who has a function coming up (their cover of Otis Redding's Sitting on the dock of the bay certainly set the tone for the day)
